Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the IQ Max app, made by SaaS Studio LLC. By using IQ Max you agree to them and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

What IQ Max is

IQ Max offers brain-training games and tests for practice and fun. Scores, including any estimated IQ score, describe how you did in IQ Max; they are not a clinical, psychological or medical assessment, and IQ Max is not medical advice.

IQ Max Pro subscriptions

• IQ Max Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Invites and rewards

• Give a free week, get a free week: friends who join with your invite code get a longer free trial, and you earn a free week of IQ Max Pro (applied by Apple to your next weekly bill) when an invited friend starts their trial with a new Apple ID.
• Rewards have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are reversed if the qualifying purchase is refunded. We may withhold rewards in cases of abuse (for example, self-referrals or automated sign-ups) and may change or end the program at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app or its services, reverse-engineer them, or try to obtain rewards dishonestly.

Liability

IQ Max is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, SaaS Studio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
